Trust & Safety Center — StrangerTalk Moderation & Child Safety Policy

StrangerTalk Trust & Safety Policy

StrangerTalk is an 18+ anonymous chat platform operated by ASINTO Media & Communication Group. This page documents our active moderation framework, child safety enforcement approach, reporting mechanisms, data retention policy, and law enforcement cooperation procedures.

1. 18+ Age Eligibility Enforcement

StrangerTalk is strictly intended for adult users aged 18 and older. An age-gate confirmation prompt is enforced on every user's first visit. Users who bypass or falsify age confirmation are in direct violation of our Terms of Service and subject to immediate permanent device and IP-level bans. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding minors accessing the platform.

2. Real-Time AI Content Moderation

Every chat session is monitored in real time by an automated AI content moderation layer. The system screens text streams for explicit content, abusive language, harassment patterns, and unsolicited spam links before they are delivered to the recipient's screen. This processing occurs entirely in volatile server memory — no message content is stored to disk or any persistent logging system.

Key moderation metrics maintained by ASINTO Security Group:

3. Reporting & Blocking Tools

Every active chat session includes a one-click Report button visible at all times. Submitting a report immediately severs the connection, permanently bans the reported user's device identifier from future sessions, and flags the incident for human review by the ASINTO Trust & Safety team. The Block function prevents a specific user from being matched with you in any future session. These controls are available to all users, including anonymous guests, without requiring account registration.

To submit a formal safety report or escalate an urgent concern, contact our safety team directly via the Contact page. Our team reviews all safety tickets around the clock.

4. Data Retention & Privacy

StrangerTalk applies a strict data minimisation policy. No chat message content, media files, or conversation metadata is written to persistent storage at any point. All chat buffers operate exclusively in volatile server RAM and are destroyed the instant a session ends or a user disconnects. We do not collect, store, or sell personal identifying information for anonymous guest users.

Our platform complies with GDPR Article 25 (Data Protection by Design) and CCPA privacy standards. Device-level bans are implemented via tokenised hardware identifiers to prevent multi-session abuse without storing personally identifiable user data.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation Policy

ASINTO cooperates fully with lawfully issued requests from authorised law enforcement agencies. Due to our zero-log architecture, StrangerTalk retains no historical chat content to provide in response to subpoenas or legal orders. We maintain only the minimum operational data required for platform stability, such as anonymised session connection timestamps, which may be shared with authorities when required by applicable law. For law enforcement inquiries, contact us through our official legal contact channel.

6. CSAM & Child Safety Zero-Tolerance Policy

StrangerTalk has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. Any detection of such content triggers an immediate permanent ban of the offending account and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). This policy applies globally regardless of the user's geographic location.
